On March 4, 2023 from 19:00 to 21:30 (SAST) AgriLuxe Marketing, in collaboration with Spier Wine Farm, will launch WILD Feast – a platform to promote foods that are unusual, exciting, and unique yet nutritious, sustainable, and restorative.
For the launch, a multi-course menu, using ingredients that are totally WILD and paired with fine local wines, promises you a dining experience that tickles your tastebuds, stimulates your senses, and nourishes your body, mind, and community.
The featured ingredient will be Sorghum, an indigenous grain steeped in ancestral and culinary traditions. With insights from plant-based author and indigenous food activist – Chef Mokgadi Itsweng, Michelin Star Phil Carmichael expertly fuses old and new traditions to present you Sorghum Reimagined. Together with local produce from Spier Wine Farm’s food garden, we are excited to share with you a food vision for a whole and healthy South Africa.
